Blog Challenge Garden & TIO & Pecreativ

For Blog Challenge Garden (Tag Tuesday) the theme this week is the letter A. My A stands for automobile.  For Tag it On the challenge is Time to make a Getaway. I travel mostly by automobile.

My tag is a paper collage using old postcards and maps. The letter A is stamped in clear ink with a stamp from Stamp Francisco and embossed in copper embossing powder.

After looking at the map in today's paper, I discovered the epicenter of the earthquake yesterday was 23 straight miles from our house. No wonder everything was shaking so badly. I've looked from attic to crawl space and inside and out and have found no damage.

Thursday Editing:
Irmi says that this also qualifies for Pecreativ Challenge.

  1. Your tag is wonderful in every detail dear Faye!

So glad to hear you are OK...we are a good 80 miles away from the epicenter I believe and it was frightening...I can only imagine what you felt
I cannot believe that the quarry tile floor I saw undulating under my bare feet just yesterday has no cracks in the grout
