Using a moo on an ATC is the theme for
Fun with ATCs challenge. I started with watercolor paper I had sprayed with Moon Shadow mists (both the ATC and the moo). I stamped both with my new Stampin' Up stamps. The flower is also a SU stamp, colored with le Plume markers. The embossing was done with Moon Shadow embossing powders in colors of emerald and purple.
