Doodle and Cards - PPF

This is a ballpoint doodle I made in a waiting room this week.

I colored it with pencils when I got home. This is my entry for

Paint Party Friday.

These two cards were made by the same method as

the cards from a couple of days ago, using waxed

paper on glossy card stock. The surface was colored

by sponging Distress Ink on it.

New Cards I made this Week

On three of these cards I used the crumpled waxed paper and hot iron technique.

Some have Martha Stewart punch outs. Some of the flowers were made by me

using my flower punches. Other embellishments were bought at the Dollar Store.

More Acrylic Painting - PPF

Here is my first painting where I have deliberately put green on the face

and body. I made a background using the Splitcoast Stamper method of

doing a homemade mono print. I used glass to put the acrylic paints on

and then pulled off a smear of colors for my background. Then I just

painted this face freely onto the background. I think she is really ugly

and is a bit cross-eyed, but this was fun to do. It is my entry for Paint Party Friday.

Here is one I did this week in acrylics after I found some peach colored

paints to use as the base for skin. Below is another acrylics painting I did

this week where I had to dream up skin color from the limited colors I own.

Word Art Wednesday

This was an actual sunset that I snapped a couple of years ago,

I have superimposed the scripture for Word Art Wednesday on it.

I like the Photoshopped one best. I need to learn to do colors bolder.

Merrie's wonderful beadwork!

Here are two bracelets that Merrie has beaded for me.

They are perfectly gorgeous in real life.

This is done in watercolor pencils and is a detail from a larger painting.

I get 3 times as many views as I do comments.

there is the word "comments". It may have a number beside it.

Click on the "comments" and it will take you to a separate box.

Write your comment in the box.

Where it says "comment as" there is an up and down arrow.

Scroll down to find a category you can comment in.

Hit publish and you are in.
