Gothic Arches, Art Cards, and Take a Word

On the left is my entry for Gothic Arches (Bedazzled) and for Art Cards (Favorite Stamp). Above is my entry for Take a Word (Angel). The background for the arch was made using Lumiere paints, mica, Stickles and other dazzling paints and materials. I stamped it with clear embossing ink with my favorite flower stamp and heated gold embossing powder on the flower. Sorry the gold doesn't photograph  well on the arch. Please enlarge the photo to see the stamp.

To make the TAW entry I superimposed an angel "stamp" from my digital collection. It is only there in the digital world.

Here is another example of my favorite stamp.

Think Monday Think ATCs - Pens/Nibs

Here is my ATC for the TMTA challenge. I do not own a stamp of the old fashioned pen so I used the stamp I have of modern pens. But just to be sure I am in compliance with the rules, I have hand drawn an old-fashioned pen point.

Take a Word - Green

This is a doodle that I made on a yellow Post-It note. The flowers are actually a lovely orange and yellow combination. I used Photoshop Elements to make everything greener to fit in with the theme for Take a Word Challenge - green.

Think Monday Think ATCs - Eyeglasses

Here is my entry for TMTA's challenge this week - eyeglasses.

My background is made from distress inks, stamped with some Stampin' Up stamps, and made into a background for my computer. The old Bible and the eyeglasses are some family treasures. This was assembled on the computer, sized to 2.5x3.5 inches. The scripture is a wise saying from Psalm 119:105. "Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path."

I couldn't tell if I had to use a face on my ATC or just glasses. I have this antique pince-nez that I wanted to use for this challenge.

Wales - Rainbow Lady's Challenge

Here is my digital piece on anything Welsh. I don't know what daffodils have to do with Wales, but the Design Team all seemed to use them. My daffodil is a watercolor I did a while back. The scenes are from Hay-on-Wye, a place we visited many years ago. This is my entry for Rainbow Lady's Challenge.

Is anyone else having trouble with Blogspot's new format. I cannot find my way around my own blog any more. Please Blogspot, revert to the old version. What you have now is AWFUL!!!
