This face was done with Neocolor II water soluble crayons.
The background was done in watercolor on a separate paper.
This is 18th face for the 29 Faces challenge.

    Lovely colouring with the chestnut hair and blue eyes. I keep reading about the Neocolour pencils, they do give a very good effect. Makes a pleasant visit.
