My background was made using tissue paper and gesso on card stock, and then colored by pouncing with alcohol inks. This method (except using deli papers) is found HERE.
My flower is the same one that I used for a card two days ago but I have bent the petals and leaves more. All parts of this flower were made with hearts and flowers punches.
This week's theme for the One Stop challenge is Make Your Own Designer Paper.

Theme Thursday - Bright Colors
Oh, I had fun with this one. Theme Thursday's theme is Bright Colors. Are these bright enough?
My flower is made with various sized heart punches. The small part in the middle is a special kind of flower punch, but everything else is hearts, including the leaves. I used pink card stock for the petals and touched up the edges with distress ink. I used brown kraft paper for the leaves, which I misted with green homemade mica mist. I edged the leaves with a green dye stamp. The sentiment was added digitally.

TIO -Steampunk
Having only the vaguest clue as to what steampunk means, I am entering this tag aware that I may have missed the boat. I used a background from freezer paper that had been serving as my craft sheet. I used graphics fairy and dover images. My stamps are Stampin' Up. In the spirit of steampunk (I hope) I have used a straightened out paper clip for my fastener.
Steampunk is the theme for this week's Tag it On!

Tag Tuesday - Music
Louise over at Tag Tuesday has set the theme for this week as Music. I thought of the wonderful prize I had won a couple of years ago from Retro Cafe Art and decided to use one of the framed sheet music pieces. The woman playing the piano is from a magazine.
