Tag it On. I did a watercolor sky on white cardstock. The stamp of the sun (barcode 25729, distributed by Greenbrier Int. - no brand given) was stamped on some yellow cardboard. The stamp of the balloons (PSX) was stamped on decorative paper made by Me and My Big Ideas. The collaged mountains were also made of that decorative paper.
