My header is a photo of my HS friends, just some of them,
since I can think of several close friends who aren't in the
photo. I'm not in it either since I took the picture.
This week's watercolor project was a hellebores plant.
I did a couple of sketches.
I did this in NeocolorII water soluble crayons
And lastly a doodle
I'm looking forward to the Paint Party Friday event
so I can see what my online artist friends have
created lately. Thanks to Eva and Kristin we
have this blog to enjoy each week.

The Helleborus-watercolour is enchanting!
ReplyDeleteThe old-photo-group of young girls in the header so nice! Now you are not less nice, dear Faye!
I love your new blog header. I think people in old black and white photos always look so glamorous or beautiful. I think it is the lack of color in photo that must do that. ANd you have had a productive art week. Love the flowers. Actually all your pieces are very well done. happy weekend. HugsErika

ReplyDeleteI have been doing sketches lately. I have been brave to put some on my blog for themes. With Bev, Christine, Peggy, Sirkkis. They are pros. My oldest son who is an Graphic artist for many years and still is. Tells me to do a sketch a lady every day. Until last week. I cut my self with a knife. It slipped. So okay now. Time heals. Your work is wonderful. I wondered over here. Glad I did. Wow your flowers are so real looking. And your ladies.
