Pages from my altered Book

These pages were done in the Saturday Mixed Media class
taught by Jo at the A. C. Moore store on Patterson Avenue.
I am showing them on Paint Party Friday, hosted by
Kristin and Eva.

We are due to have a gigantic snowstorm
tomorrow through Sunday. If I lose power, I won't be
able to get around to visit until later next week. Oh,
how I hope that storm is not as bad as "they" say it will be!

The above reads: Jennifer, new to city living, felt stressed
when she couldn't find a cab and somewhat anxious about
walking the ten blocks she had to go to get to work.

The above reads: No matter where I wander, no matter where I roam,
No matter where I end up, there's no place like home.

The above reads: shop till you drop.

  2. These are all beautiful, but my favorite one is the first one. I like the way the silhouette gives the feeling of looking out at the viewer. Stay warm and safe on this PPF weekend!
