This is a flower I did on Thursday
while doing art with art friend Laura.
I should probably stick with flowers since
my birds look like comic book characters.
These are my Paint Party Friday entries.
This is what Laura, my art pal made today.
She has just started playing with watercolors so I was
so proud of her for this beautiful flower.
In real life the petals have more red in them
but I couldn't adjust the color without making
the green really weird looking.
And finally 2 more I did while watching TV tonight.

Faye, both your flowers and your birds are lovely. How nice to have a friend to paint with. I am sure that you both have a wonderful time painting together. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou've both created beautiful flowers. I think the birds are sweet. I say keep drawing them until they please you too. It's all about practice, right?
ReplyDeleteOh Faye, your paintings are so soft and precious.... I can only whisper...anything more might blow them away. What a talent to make me feel such a quiet spirit.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fresh whiff of air..your work is beautiful:)

ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job with the bird watercolours because they are certainly tricky little tikes! I've not managed to paint any yet although I've done a rooster this week.
