After receiving Susan's wonderful gift, which included some deli papers,
which I had never seen before, I decided to go online and watch a video
of someone actually painting on them. The one I chose was by
Marilyn J. Rock and it was in two parts. I followed most of her technique,
even to having a spare sheet to wipe paint off my tools onto. She called the
second sheet a serendipity sheet. I did some stamping on mine and also used
a bit of Perfect Pearls. Both the original and the serendipity sheets will be used
as background papers for my greetings cards. This is my entry for Paint Party Friday.
I also worked on drawings while I had craft friends over Wednesday. Below is
what I did. The sunset looked like it could be "beautified" with Photoshop
Elements, so that is what the last piece is.
