Church Bazaar

The long awaited fall bazaar at our church was held today. I have been making cards all year for this event. Sometimes I'd use whatever I had painted for a challenge to be the front of the card. Some I bought stick-ons from the Dollar Store. Some I did a watercolor front. Here are some that did not sell. I noticed that most of the Christmas ones went fast. I will try next year to do more Christmasy ones.

  1. Nice to see you back Faye. People do love to buy and receive an individual hand-made card instead of a mass-produced one, and these are all pretty. I like the flowers and the bird in the tree on the right, lovely colours.

  2. Welcome back, Faye. Hand made cards are such a good fund raiser at these sales and I am sure your efforts were much appreciated. Often it is surprising which cards sell and which do not, usually with no rhyme nor reason as to why. I love your watercolour ones. I have emailed you separately.
